Q: How long is the program?

The length of stay varies for each individual and is determined based on medical necessity. The length of stay averages four to six weeks but can be extended based on medical necessity. Patients often transition to PHP when they are ready to discharge from 24-hour inpatient and residential care.

Q: Will my family be involved in treatment?

We believe family and friends can be a valuable source of support and strength for patients on the journey to recovery and our clinical team places a strong emphasis on involving the family in the treatment process. "Family” can consist of any support system the patient identifies such as parents, siblings, significant others, friends or colleagues. Through visits, therapy and other involvement, we work to make sure family can be involved in recovery as necessary. Please see our Resources for Family & Loved Ones for more information.

Q: Can I practice my faith at Reasons?

We understand that spirituality may play a large role in your recovery. We offer groups dedicated to spirituality, and when appropriate, we can make arrangements for attending services of your choice.
