Adult and Adolescent Virtual PHP & IOP Intensive
Summer can present unique challenges in eating disorder recovery. Feelings of shame and self-criticism can get activated, and you might find yourself needing more resources and support. You do not have to suffer alone. Join us this summer with a group of recovery minded people ready to refresh your coping skills and dive into the work of self-compassion.
Together we will explore principles of self-compassion and help you learn how to put it into action in everyday life to support your journey toward recovery.
Our Program
The summer intensive virtual program is for adolescents who are 10-17 years old and adults who are 18 years and older and are in need of focused work around self-compassion in their recovery process, and additional support in their overall skills for handling challenging times to prevent relapse.
This minimum of two-week PHP and IOP experience is intended as a gathering space with others who are recovery minded to learn about self-compassion, refocus and prepare for how to keep your recovery strong in a sustainable way.
