Watch to learn more about the admissions process. Let us focus on the details, so you can focus on your healing and recovery.

What to Expect During the Admission Process

STEP ONE: REACH OUT TO US

When you first reach out to us, you will speak with a member of our admissions team. We will provide you with support and education, and answer questions you may have about the program. We will also verify your insurance benefits for our programs. We accept most major insurance and offer affordable arrangements.

STEP TWO: CLINICAL CONSULTATION

This assessment is conducted prior to your admission by one of our trained therapists. We will use this information to recommend which level of care is appropriate for you. This consultation is a time for you to share your story, struggles, and hopes for your recovery. Our goal is to gather information about your experience to help connect you to the right treatment.

STEP THREE: COORDINATION OF ADMISSION

Once your clinical consultation is completed, our admissions team will review your insurance benefits and connect you with our business office for any necessary arrangements.

In addition, we provide assistance in:

  • Preparing what to bring and expect
  • Lodging recommendations for families
  • Communicating any special needs to the treatment team
  • Providing toiletries and needed items to make your stay more comfortable

“It’s ok to have hesitation and fears, it’s ok to cry and freak out occasionally, the important thing is you keep moving forward despite the eating disorder voice telling you to turn back. You have a long road ahead of you and you may fall along the way, but the path to healing and recovered living will always be there. It will never let you down. It’s ok to lean on other people right now, you are not a burden. Let others come into your life and offer you support so you can find restoration and a safe lighthouse in the community. Things will get better. Don’t give up!”
