We offer a comprehensive menu of process-oriented, behavioral and didactic groups, in conjunction with a full range of somatic and experiential therapies to work toward integrating the whole person.

UNDERSTANDING EATING DISORDERS

Signs and symptoms of an eating disorder can vary depending on the person. If you or someone you know is exhibiting symptoms like obsessive focus on diet, food avoidance, or a compulsive exercise disorder, treatment or assessment could be an excellent next step.

FAMILIES MATTER TO US

Family members are indispensable partners in recovery. We engage the family team from the day of admission through the day of discharge. Our firm belief is that families do not cause eating disorders. We know that family and loved ones are an essential part of the recovery process and of an eating disorder recovery team.

FEAR IS NORMAL

Seeking treatment for an eating disorder takes a tremendous amount of courage. We understand that this is a challenging process for you and your loved ones. Perhaps you have been living with your eating disorder for many years and are wondering if recovery is possible for you. Maybe this feels very new, and you’re not sure what to expect from treatment.

When seeking eating disorder treatment, fear, confusion, and ambivalence are very normal feelings. We understand these feelings and have hope for your recovery, no matter how long you have been suffering. We offer a program based on an understanding of eating disorders as disorders of fear, shame, and disconnection. Through treatment, we encourage you to discover your inner courage, self-compassion, and a deeper connection with yourself and others.

Eating disorder recovery is possible.
